Required Skills & Qualifications

To maintain our standards and support our clients, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License
    Positions may require travel between client locations within our service area.
  • Smartphone Access
    Required for scheduling, communication, and work-related updates.
  • Background Check & Drug Screening
    As part of our standard hiring process, selected candidates are required to complete a background check and drug screening.
    Screening details, approved providers, and costs are shared during the application process.
    All required screening costs are fully reimbursed after successful completion of a 30-day probationary period.
  • Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
    Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Training is provided.
  • Attention to Detail
    A commitment to quality, consistency, and following defined procedures is essential.
  • Communication & Time Management Skills
    Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset
    Willingness to work collaboratively in a structured, professional environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility
    Availability for evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts may be required depending on client needs.
  • Reliability & Punctuality
    Consistent attendance and dependability are critical to success in this role.

Leadership & Management Roles
Supervisory and leadership positions typically require 1–2 years of relevant experience and are filled internally based on performance and business needs.
